For maximum efficiency, please make sure to provide us with the following information:

   1. Booking number

   2. Name and Surname of the main driver

   3. Email used to make the booking 

   4. Rental country and rental station

   5. Rental dates

Please note that :

• If you want to cancel a reservation at least 2 hours before the initial collection time, no fee will apply.
•If you cancel giving us less than 2 hours notice, the prepaid amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee at the rate shown in the Tariff Guide.
