Damages in Italy:
In the event of any damage to the vehicle during the rental, Interrent, whenever possible, will check and estimate the same in your presence. If, for any reason, it was not possible to carry out the assessment in front of you, or if you ask to contest a damage or its estimate, we will send you via email or letter, an informative note describing the damage and the related costs in addition of our compensation for the claim management. From that moment you will have 14 days to send any complaints to our Customer Service “email@example.com”, after this deadline without receiving any disputes, Interrent will proceed with the charge of the amounts indicated in the letter.
